St. Paul teenagers arrested after automotive chase sparks Cottage Grove alert
4 St. Paul youngsters had been taken into custody Friday evening after officers discovered them inside a automobile reported stolen in Cottage Grove.
The 4 male suspects, ages 13, 14, 15 and 16, had been arrested pending costs of housebreaking and fleeing police, in response to a press launch from the Cottage Grove Police Division.
