Qatar World Cup opening ceremony: Watch, live stream Korean pop star Jung Kook of BTS perform, show start time

Finally it’s time for the World Cup. Football’s greatest tournament is about to begin Qatar hosting FIFA World Cup on Sunday 20 November. But first Qatar and Ecuador Take the pitch, the opening ceremony needs to begin. Originally scheduled to begin on November 21, the opening ceremony was moved a day earlier so that host Qatar could start the tournament in accordance with home country custom, but a planned fireworks display required the ceremony to take place at night. History will be made as not only will this be the first Winter World Cup, but Jungkook will also become the first Korean to perform at the opening ceremony of the World Cup.

Along with Qatari singer Fahad Al-Qubaisi, Jungkook will perform the World Cup anthem, “Dreamers.”

Who else will perform?

Qatari singer Fahad Al-Qubaisi will also perform at the opening ceremony. Rejection and other performance rumors
