Juventus offer Paul Pogba a £135,000-a-week deal in a bid to re-sign the French midfielder on a free transfer from Manchester United… with PSG also interested
- Juventus have made an approach for former Manchester United star Paul Pogba
- The World Cup-winning French midfielder will leave Old Trafford as a free agent
- And his former Serie A club offered him £135,000 a week to join
Juventus have offered former Manchester United star Paul Pogba a three-year deal with a basic net salary of around £135,000-a-week plus bonuses.
Further talks between the player and the club are expected next week before the 29-year-old makes his decision.
The World Cup-winning French midfielder left United as a free agent when his contract expired in the summer, meaning Juve can sign him for nothing.

The Italian giants signed Pogba, also for free, in 2012 when he failed to agree terms at Old Trafford before the Premier League side re-signed him for £89m – only now to see him leave again without receiving any fees.
That salary would put him in the highest earning bracket at Juventus, but given they don’t pay a transfer fee, they’re likely to think it represents good value for money. Pogba is also believed to be keen to reunite with his former boss Massimiliano Allegri.
Lawyer Rafaela Pimenta, who took over from Pogba after Mino Raiola’s death, will be in Turin in the coming weeks to formalize the deal.

Juventus are believed to be confident of completing the deal, but if things fall through, Paris Saint-Germain remain on the sidelines, with fellow European giants Real Madrid and Manchester City also previously interested.
There are also suggestions that an announcement could be linked to the Amazon Prime film about Pogba, titled ‘The Pogumentary’, which is due out on June 17.
Juan Mata, also released by United on Thursday, will weigh all his options – including staying in the Premier League – with the Spaniard keen to continue playing rather than become a manager for the time being.
