Hit-and-run driver arrested in SLO crash that killed bike owner, police say

A San Luis Obispo driver accused of striking and killing a 23-year-old bicyclist Saturday night time was arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter, in keeping with the San Luis Obispo Police Division.
