NEW DELHI (Reuters) -Apple Inc desires India to account for as much as 25% of its manufacturing from about 5%-7% now, the commerce minister advised a convention on Monday, because the iPhone maker continues to maneuver its manufacturing away from China.

“Apple, one other success story,” Piyush Goyal stated, pitching India as a aggressive manufacturing vacation spot. “They’re already at about 5-7% of their manufacturing in India.
